Searching works by typing in a short text that is matched against the keywords in the database.
Please remember that it is the exact text that is matched against the database so multiply words will be handled as one long textstring.

If a match is found then it will be displayed as a thumbnail (or multible thumbnails) that should load quickly as well as the keywords for the image.
Clicking on an image will display it in bigger size which is takes longer to load but is much easier to inspect.
